Ongoing support

Fixed-fee service agreement

A monthly or annual service fee is tailored to the individual site. The agreement may include allocated service capacity, remote consultation, intervention records and priority scheduling under the agreed conditions.

At agreed intervals, we inspect the machine condition and identify issues that could lead to downtime. You receive a report of findings and recommended actions.
