Electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical diagnostics and repair. We service CNC centres, edge banders, saws, wide-belt sanders, presses, drilling machines and complete production lines, including older equipment with limited manufacturer support.
Technology control
Diagnostics, repair and modification of PLC, HMI and CNC controls, servo drives and frequency inverters, together with control cabinets, safety circuits, program changes, parameter restoration and system backups.
Extended service life
Replacement of obsolete controls, drives, safety components and discontinued parts, designed around operating requirements, parts availability and future serviceability.
Technology relocation
Cable labelling and disconnection, technical dismantling, relocation coordination, positioning, reconnection, restoration of backups and parameters, alignment, safety checks and trial operation.
Prevention and continuity
Machine-condition checks at agreed intervals, documented findings, recommended actions and program and parameter backups. The service scope is tailored to the individual production site.
