Privacy and cookies

Contact form note: after security verification, the website sends the entered data directly to CEVYRO-CZ s.r.o. by email. The application does not create a separate message database; further retention takes place in the email service used by the company.

1. Data controller

The controller is CEVYRO-CZ s.r.o., Company ID 24701084, VAT ID CZ24701084, with registered office at Plzeňská 1270/97, 150 00 Prague 5, Czech Republic, registered with the Municipal Court in Prague under file C 167196. The company was incorporated on 7 July 2010 and its Czech data-box identifier is v6hsjkr.

2. Enquiries and business communication

Data we process

If you contact us through the form, by email, by telephone or through WhatsApp, we may process your name, company, telephone number, email address and communication content, including information about the relevant equipment.

Purpose and legal basis

We use the data to handle your enquiry, prepare an offer, perform a contract and protect legal claims. The legal basis is pre-contractual steps, contract performance, a legal obligation or legitimate interest.

Retention

Ordinary enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as necessary and generally no longer than three years afterwards. Accounting and contractual documents are retained for periods required by law.

Recipients

Email, hosting, IT support, abuse-prevention, accounting or legal service providers may process data to the necessary extent. Cloudflare Turnstile may provide Cloudflare with technical data required to distinguish automated access. The WhatsApp button opens an external service only after it is clicked; subsequent communication is governed by the WhatsApp Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal data.

3. Cookies

The website uses essential local storage to remember your privacy choice.

Essential

cevyro_cookie_consent_v2 stores the selected cookie categories in your browser until you delete browser data.

Form protection

The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent spam and automated abuse. This is an essential security function of the form, is not used for advertising or audience measurement, and its result is verified again by the server before the message is sent.

Visit counter

The public counter stores only the aggregate number of visits on the server. The cevyro_visit_counted_session key in temporary sessionStorage only prevents repeated counting while navigating within one open tab and is removed when the tab is closed.

Private analytics

Only after consent is given, the CEVYRO server stores the date and time, the visited page path without query parameters, device type, browser family, operating system, referring domain and an immediately anonymised IP address. Neither the full IP address nor the complete user-agent string is stored in this overview. The cevyro_analytics_logged_session key in sessionStorage limits recording to one visit per open tab.

The purpose is basic website usage measurement and content improvement. The legal basis is your consent. Records are available only after signing in to the protected administration, are automatically deleted within 30 days and are not shared with an external analytics service.

You can change your selection at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer.

4. Your rights

Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, uoou.gov.cz.
